Builders & Trades

In order to build a future without homelessness, we work collaboratively with our homebuilder and trader partners.

Our Model: Builders & Trades Are the Framework

On every HomeAid housing construction project, HomeAid acts as the liaison between the nonprofit that will own and operate the housing project once construction is complete, and the builder that has generously agreed to support the construction of the project by donating their time and labor.

Our unique model is rooted in the in-kind donations of labor and materials from our Builder Captains and their partners, vendors, and consultants. This allows for significant cost savings on the construction of each HomeAid-built housing project so that our nonprofit partners that operate the facility have more funding for human services.
