In Orange County the homeless are often invisible. We rarely see them, but they are here…nearly 35,000 men, women and children experience homelessness in a given year. In quiet desperation they fight their way back to mainstream; living under bridges, in filthy motels, in battered cars, or in cold alleyways. It’s hard to believe that more children go to bed hungry in the midst of Orange County’s affluence than in any other place in California!

Many of you have contacted us to find out how you can be of help. To that end, HomeAid Orange County is posting the following shelter links where you can go to learn the specific needs of our family of care providers. Please feel free to contact these organizations directly to make arrangements for any donations or services you may wish to provide.
