Dana Smith the founder and CEO of Dana Capital Group believes in fostering a strong corporate culture complete with a fun dynamic working environment where company employees thrive.
Smith also believes in giving back to the community evidenced by the many lives that have been touched through his generosity as a major contributor to HomeAid Orange County, Habitat for Humanity, the J.F. Shea Therapeutic Riding Center and the American Cancer Society, among other efforts.
Most recently, Smith donated $15,000 to HomeAid Orange County - the Building Industry Association's charitable arm that builds housing for the transitionally homeless. Through support of companies like Dana Capital Group, HomeAid has to date been successful in completing 38 shelters throughout the county.
