Tim McSunas, director of community development for Pardee Homes, leading land acquisition and community development for Pardee's Orange County Division, has recently been named board member for HomeAid Orange County, the charitable outreach for the Building Industry Association of Southern California.
With more than 16 years of project management and land acquisition experience, McSunas is responsible for establishing and managing Pardee's growth in the Orange County market, where the company currently has four new home communities – Fiore at Turtle Ridge in Irvine, Benchley Hill at Amerige Heights in Fullerton, The Reserve East at Forster Ranch in San Clemente and Evergreen at Ladera Ranch.
Tim holds both a California and Oregon contractor's license and resides in Irvine with his wife, Karen and two children Taylor and Katie.
