Emile Haddad joins HomeAid Orange County Board

Emile Haddad, president of Lennar Communities was recently appointed to HomeAid Orange County's Board of Directors.

HomeAid Orange County, charged with the mission of building and renovating shelters for Orange County's homeless, is pleased to announce the successful recruitment of Emile Haddad to its Board of Directors. Haddad serves as president of Lennar Communities, Lennar's land company.
Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders and in California is associated with such premier planned communities as the Bridges, Coto de Caza, Harveston, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia through Newhall Land & Farming, Windemere and Natomas. Lennar is also involved in several Navy Base conversions such as Mare Island, Hunters Point, and Treasure Island as well as the Villages of Columbus at the Tustin Marine Air Station where HomeAid, led by Builder Captain, Oltmans Construction, is currently building the Village of Hope.
Emile holds a degree in civil engineering and has over 21 years of experience in California. He has been with Lennar since its inception in California and is one of a team of members that has lead the company's growth. Married 18 years to wife, Dina, the couple has two children, Serene, 13 and son, Marc, 7.
Haddad is one of 22 HomeAid Orange County Board members, all of whom set policy for the nonprofit serving as the charitable arm of the Building Industry Association. To date, HomeAid Orange County has completed 34 shelter developments with seven currently in various stages of planning and construction.
