HomeAid Orange County, the Building Industry Association’s charitable outreach recently received a $5,000 donation from Transpacific Management Service, a division of the Management Trust.  A new HomeAid supporter, Transpacific was introduced to HomeAid through Michelle Pate, HomeAid board member and Transpacific Management Service vice president, Client Development.

Founded in 1966, Transpacific Management Service, the first association management firm in Orange County, has taken the lead in the progress of community living. Through the Management Trust affiliation, Transpacific - the only 100% employee owned management firm - is the second largest management firm in the nation, with 21 offices throughout Southern and Northern California, Washington, Oregon, and Las Vegas.

Its developer services are unparalleled offering management support from the Department of Real Estate budgeting stage through maturity, ensuring the developer’s vision remains in tact.  The company’s strength stems from involved leadership, starting with its founders Marshall Fant and William Sasser, both part of a group of visionaries that established the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).

In addition to the company’s philosophy of giving back to the community through organizations like HomeAid Orange County, Transpacific prides itself on its commitment to cultivate strong communities through facilitating mutual understanding and improved communications through its proactive “Leadership Management” philosophy.
